Unfortunately, I'm writing with sad news. One of the mamas in our prenatal class of early 2008, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I'm hoping that we can rally all the gals together who took yoga with her, and come up with a creative way to help support her and her family. If you took yoga at Yoga Elements from August-ish through March-ish of last year, you probably knew/know her. She had her son in January. Let me know if you want to join me in helping her, and giving her a much needed bit of love from the yoga mamas.

Yoga Mamas
I've been teaching prenatal yoga for the last four years, and have been meaning to get together a way for my former and current students to communicate, share pictures, and read stories about other yoga mamas, and well, just haven't done it. So, here we go!
